So from my knowledge. This is the second sonic.exe. The other one from the original game was alot darker and well more. Mature. And also had a darker voice

I'm missing out on playing this game with a controller. I'll tell you this. I wish this game in general had an option to turn off power-ups in the rules settings for racing where it feels realistic without hurting anyone in the race. It'd be just pure racing where it would be like an actual competition. I've always wondered how hard would the AI be in this game without power-ups? I feel like the power-ups makes them not challenging enough. Because I remember sometimes when I played this game, I've experienced an opponent actual keeping up with me without getting hit by any of the weapons, which I actually liked that because I feel like it was more fun that way, I like racing without power-ups and having the AI intense where it's a lot more fun to play. If only this game allowed you to turn off power-ups in the rules settings for racing instead of power-ups only being off on time attack, then this game, in my opinion, would be more fun to play.

something i really like in the portrayal of their dynamic in this ending is how brotherly they are with eachother, especially knuckles treating tails as if he were his little brother. it's especially seen in the scene at 5:55 when knuckle's tone softens to a quieter more concerned one, a stark contrast from his usual stoic and serious resting-bitch-voice. that's something i really like about this route!!
